Job Title: Behavioral Health Professional 1 Job Location: Remote - Kansas Job Duration: 8 Months (Temp to perm) Shift: 9 am - 6 pm with an alternating Sun-Thurs, and Tues-Sat Responsibilities: Monitor/manage incoming reports for opportunities in gaps in care for FUH Contact members to complete BH Hedis assessment Uses established protocols and independent professional judgment. Documents assessment, assist members in scheduling follow up appointments Must haves: Clinical experience Medical record/EHR experience Strong computer program and navigational sills (excel, EHR, Outlook, etc.) HEDIS or NCQA knowledge Communication skills Nice to haves: Claims experience Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's w/clinical certification (Beeline job description info HM wants to add: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 0-2 years of Behavioral Health experience in crisis interventions, case management, behavioral interventions, therapy, assessment and intake, or related area.) Required: Clinician - LPC, LCSW, LMSW, RN w/BH clinical certification
