Tools & Programs:



  • AWC Business System
  • Internet-based Project Management Tools
  • Microsoft Excel (Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis)
  • CRM and Order Management Systems
  • ERP Systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) for Dealer & Manufacturer Dealership Experience (Buy & Resell)
  • SharePoint for data tracking and reporting


Immediate Responsibilities:



  • Manage inbound service requests for corporate customers and business unit facilities nationwide.
  • Coordinate service requirements with end users to ensure proper scope identification for correct service activities.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to fulfill service needs and verify warranty information using manufacturer databases and support contacts.
  • Work closely with IT departments to implement system upgrades, test interfaces, and ensure compatibility with customer portals.
  • Track service requests through Service Net to meet required SLA timeframes and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint User Site with relevant service data for customer reporting.
  • Prepare and send service repair quotes using CAP and enter orders for service products and replacement parts.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for product orders and service fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and closeout of all service orders through customer interfaces and internal systems.


Expanded Responsibilities & Growth Opportunities:



  • Process, track, and invoice all catalog orders efficiently.
  • Enhance and maintain SharePoint updates to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly reports for management and customers.
  • Support overflow invoicing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel and ability to navigate multiple software programs
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including enterprise accounts and contract negotiations
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization
  • Excellent intuition and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
  • Dealer & Manufacturer dealership experience (Buy & Resell)
  • Ability to work with IT departments for upgrades, testing, and integration with customer portals
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage service requests effectively
  • Technology-savvy, with experience working with online service tracking tools and reporting platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Healthcare industry experience is optional but preferred
