The role:

Reporting to the National Account manager, you will manage the daily and long-term strategy for Amazon Seller Central, both for Bondi Sands and Kao Legacy 3P, in addition to leading Amazon Business and Amazon Fresh.

With a focus on continued growth and expansion, you will help shape and implement business plans, driving the account to deliver agreed-upon company sales and profit goals. Another priority will be deep analysis evaluating POS, P&L review, and assortment optimization across these 3 Amazon Channels. You, in close collaboration with our teams, will also take an important role in planning. You will work with the Marketing, Shopper, and Retail Partners to integrate sales goals into the broader activities of the business, identifying strategic development opportunities.

You will play an important role in long-term success within the evolving Amazon marketplace. It is important you are passionate about the brands, business, and create relationships with retail partners, external agencies, and internal colleagues.

What you will do:



  • Provide deep analysis, evaluating POS, P&L review, and assortment optimization across these Amazon Channels
  • Manage the daily and long-term strategy for Amazon Seller Central, both for Bondi Sands and Kao Legacy 3P, in addition to leading Amazon Business and Amazon Fresh
  • Shape and implement business plans, driving the account to deliver agreed-upon company sales and profit goals


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years in CPG or equivalent role with relationship management and partnership skills
  • Experience maximizing sales based on brand and marketplace opportunities.
  • Experience using analysis of retailer landscape across a diverse product portfolio, reporting, and suggested actions
  • History of successful retailer space negotiations resulting in positive growth and achieving sales KPI targets
  • Operational knowledge to ensure all idiosyncrasies of digital business opportunities are captured and understood
  • Sales and Trade experience - in-store execution, retailer strategy, trade marketing, and promo evaluation required
  • Experience growing a new brand or sub-brand in retailers
