Overview Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Analyst's primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the Company and its customer base by supporting customer inquiries, complaints and order processing. Responsibilities
Provide a point of contact for external and internal customers that will be responsible to supply updates and feedback regarding customer account information
