Job Title: SAP Supply Chain Specialist
Location(s): Richmond, VA (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders, delivery notes, pro forma invoices, final invoices, and credit memos within SAP.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, finance departments, and shipping/receiving personnel, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform financial reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records by reconciling finances with shipping records.
- Utilize SAP to issue credit memos and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels using trackers in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SAP, specifically in sales orders, delivery notes, pro forma invoices, final invoices, credit memos, and financial reconciliation.
- Strong background in shipping and receiving processes, including logistics, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and carriers.
- Solid understanding of finance principles and the ability to navigate in SAP to issue credit memos and reconcile finances with shipping records.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
