JOB SUMMARY

Claritev pioneers innovative solutions for healthcare payments, drawing on unique insights and data analysis to create customized action plans to help our customers thrive.

The Enterprise Data Platform is the foundation for how Claritev quickly turns data into decisions that can create lasting outcomes, and give precise, actionable insights to help the business and our clients gain a competitive edge. This position contributes to Claritev success by assuming end to end responsibility for the strategic value, roadmap and evolution of the Enterprise Data Management Platform to not only meet the needs of the stakeholders but stay ahead of the curve by aligning industry trends and technology innovations with Claritev business objectives.

You will be working with talented cross-functional team members (across product, UI/UX, engineering, data, machine learning and AI, etc.) to determine how data and insights can ultimately improve Claritev products experience for our clients, as well as support operational workflows that help run the business.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Drives toward Delivery: Understands what the team is working on and supports the team in their efforts toward execution. Strives to be flexible and fill in where the team needs support while also keeping the team moving in the right direction.
  • Backlog Ownership: Knows in detail the issues within the backlog and prioritizes to maximize efforts; works with Scrum Master to ensure backlog is kept clean; provides frameworks for upcoming sprints. Ensures Jira hygiene requirements are met.
  • Analytical Driven Discovery: Uses analytics and process knowledge from SMEs to help identify 'Problems to Solve' that in turn drive the Product Wall.
  • Participation: Attends and participates in key events/meetings with the mindset to lead by example and encourage team growth.
  • Innovative: Driven to identify creative solutions to problems that the team encounters; inspires the team to think outside the box when issues arise.
  • Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, UI/UX, engineering, data, design, and data science representatives
  • Manage product planning and execution through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, data engineers, and business or subject matter experts.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business priority and technology strategy by articulating the business challenges as technical user stories
  • Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
  • Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
  • Be comfortable working with a globally dispersed team, in various time zones.
  • You will sometimes make tough compromises, or find things take longer than you want them to, or need to work extra hard to convince a colleague of your position.
  • Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams
  • Identify technical tradeoffs, escalates risks, and manages mitigation in collaboration with neighbor teams



Workflow Activities



  • Product Intake - Participate in ceremonies/meetings related to Intake and understand new work is coming into the Product - to build understanding.
  • Epic Identification - Get prioritized work ready by creating feature maps and understanding capabilities related to that work.

    • Manage existing product features and actively lead the research, definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.


  • Epic Refinement and Readiness - Document the capabilities and tie those capabilities to a Definition of Done and Ready in a manner that is easily consumed.

    • Partner with the business for ongoing refinement of product backlog


  • Story Mapping and Creation- Identify business and functional requirements. Create/refine stories to meet requirements.
  • Story Refinement - Lead and/or actively engage in all refinement of stories and attend associated events.
  • Sprint Planning and Execution - Actively engage in all Planning activities.
  • Release Management

    • Support feature teams as needed, i.e., testing, user experience testing, research. Perform release validation to ensure features/functionality delivered meets requirements.
    • Identify and partner with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools
