What is the Opportunity ?
*The ACH Operations team at RBC is a cross-functional team responsible for RBC suite of money movement and payments products. Numerous companies depend on our service for their payment needs. The Operations team is committed to offer support to our clients and to reimagine how payments will evolve to move their money in a convenient and secure manner while remaining compliant with payment regulations.
*The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Client Oversight, Product, Engineering, and our GTM teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to our clients.
*Technical Integration Support Specialist will be responsible to ensure frictionless Digital client implementations by working closely with internal RBC Clear partners as well as client's technical team. This role will also internal RBC support partners to resolve client technical issues and work with product owners improve the product offerings based on the client feedback.
Monitor exposure limits for ACH Originators, including acting as a liaison between our Client and Credit Risk teams. Responsible for ACH Investigations including but not limited to request for record of authorization, ACH Recalls, ACH Reversals, and Trace Requests. Working directly with clients to resolve issues; gathering customer needs and working with the product team and account managers to resolve them Execute on day-to day technical implementation tasks including system configuration, problem resolution, solution research, business analysis, client training within the established SLAs Provide technical walk through of RBC Clear products including portal configurations, H2H connections and payment & statement file specifications Act as RBC project manager to establish project plan for client's integration project and drive the project to the completion Act as lead technical resource to manage client technical discussions for product onboarding discussions. Participate in client RFP or technical workshops when requested Provide support for client's host to host channel testing for various products
What do you need to succeed?
5-7 years' experience in ACH Operations role, demonstrated technical implementation experience working at a financial institution and delivering seamless digital experience Experience in managing Cash Management /Treasury product implementations, host to host/API solutions (file formats/connectivity protocols such as SWIFT FileAct, SFTP) Experience in implementing account statement formats (MT/CAMT/BAI2) over SWIFT and host to host delivery channels Strong understanding of Cash Management Products such as ACH, RTP, Check Ability to interpret technical integration documents and effectively communicate with client's technical teams Familiar with the Nacha rules and regulations Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification preferred but not required

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $120,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
