Academic Support and Mentoring Job Description
The Student Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing front-line support for students, faculty, and staff within the Miller Nichols 4th Floor Student Success space. This position ensures a welcoming environment while managing student check-ins, room reservations, email inquiries, and the organization of common areas. The Student Engagement Specialist serves as a key team member within Academic Support and Mentoring (ASM). Duties & Expectations:
Shift
8:00 am - 5:00 am, Monday - Friday This position is critical to our front-facing office staff. Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Deadline
