Assistant Managing Director - App Development Lubbock 40454BR Position Description Assists with management of a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Assists in the development, coordination and administration of the department. Major/Essential Functions This position provides a unique and exciting opportunity to serve in a key administrative and technical role in TTUHSC Business Affairs which includes the following departments: Accounting Services, Application Development, Contracting, Finance Systems Management, General Services, Payment Services, Purchasing, and Student Business Services. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Application Development department, the successful candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, application development skills, problem solving skills, project management skills, and the ability to organize and analyze data. Significant duties of this position will include providing application solutions, involvement with various systems implementations, and improving and maintaining systems and processes. The position will provide the opportunity to make a significant impact on business processes at TTUHSC by working with high-performing teams to implement systems that improve business performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required and five years administrative or management experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
