Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Grapevine, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Update and manage reports needed to track demand and inventory status
  • Meet with Production team to determine the proper priority of manufacturing operations.
  • Track warehouse process organized and smoothly at all times.
  • Actively communicate with customers and suppliers, make sure vendors provide quality products and services to meet customers' demands, follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
  • Recognize sales backlog related to material shortages and provide recommendations on possible substitutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply issues/variances and define/execute corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18/hr

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Direct Hire.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Must be bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
  • Ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data in Excel.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal customers.
  • Willing to take direction and work independently.
  • Apparent success in the delivery, supply, and materials management solutions with demonstrated results.
  • End-to-end supply chain knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
  • Use of ERP and forecasting systems.
  • Self-motivational skills and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to organize and categorize work priorities to complete work.
  • Critical analysis and complex problem-solving skills are needed.
  • English and Mandarin bilingual preferred.
