The Associate HR Business Partner contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to enable business partners to deliver and achieve strategic business and people priorities. The Associate HRBP will mentor with other HRBPs, HR specialists and business leaders to develop their talent and strategic partnering capabilities. The role will typically start supporting a small number of commercial or enabling function leaders/groups, expanding in number of groups or group size as capabilities grow. Act as the global HR business partner for our Tax, Audit & Accounting Professionals Go-To-Market segment Provide strategic and thought partnership to senior leaders, guiding them through organization change activities and on a wide range of critical people and business issues(with support from senior HRBPs or COE specialists as needed) Analyze data and trends, identifying people and culture needs and partner effectively with Regional HR and Centers of Excellence teams to design, recommend and deliver relevant talent solutions and to develop and implement workforce planning strategies Drive diversity and inclusion agenda across all HR levers (talent, reward, culture, learning, etc) in service of creating a world class culture of talent Facilitate execution of cyclical processes (compensation, performance management etc.) with your business area ensuring clear communication, high quality decisions, timely completion and a positive stakeholder experience Partner closely with regional HR to coordinate support for first line managers and employees regarding guidance on policies, people processes and complex people issues (e.g. performance management, compensation etc.) Coordinates with regional HR and other HR specialists to ensure employee lifecycle activities & processes are completed and queries are resolved Ensures a consistent approach to HR activities and compliance with regional and global policies and legal requirements whilst adhering to local statutory requirements under employment legislation Partners closely with Regional HR and Global ER on relations cases as needed. Support the development of the broader people agenda for specific partner groups and contribute to key projects as needed Leading or supporting M&A due diligence and integration activityas required

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
