The Sales Operations Analyst is a strategic role that supports the commercial organization through optimizing our sales processes and enabling our sales team with the necessary tools and training to support our customers and grow the business. This role is part of the Sales Operations department, a small proactive team that's focused on driving commercial outcomes in a complex B2B sales environment.
People who are successful in this role are creative problem solvers driven by intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn more about people, processes, and systems. They are persuasive communicators with the ability to relate to and empathize with others to better understand their challenges. They are logical, organized, and disciplined in their approach to building compelling cases for internal change. This position is in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule that allows for up to 40% remote work weekly.
