Main Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Back up support for Office Services Coordinator
  • On-site mail services- mail and package receiving, delivering, shipping out
  • Post office drop-off & delivery- Driving required
  • Assign key fobs for T-Mobile associates and vendors.
  • Printer room/document services management- stock copy paper
  • Coffee setups per service tickets
  • Hospitality and building support role-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Supports 2x a month Employee engagement event - Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Space setup- Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Escort caterer and ensure they have everything they need for setup-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Ensure trash is picked up after event-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Pantry supplies - stocks, refills, communicates needs with FM
  • 2nd Floor event space - overall management of room and amenities including kegerator- Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Maintains PM schedule and follows up with FM to ensure kegerator is serviced regularly and as needed-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • On site point of contact for ordering kegs-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Manage lock/unlock of keg tap-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Communicates regularly with FM & WEE team on opportunities.
  • Back up support for Outlook calendar management of the Herndon Event spaces-Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Supports Event Manager- Back up support to Office coordinator associate
  • Site walks - responsible to submit work orders
  • Conference room daily walks - straighten chairs, clean whiteboards, replenish supplies as needed-
  • Back up support to Office coordinator associate


Qualifications:



  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.
  • Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.
  • Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
  • Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Education and Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a related area preferred but not required
  • Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
    Must be able to traverse office facilities to pick up mail.
