HR Governance Program Manager
Location: Chicago, IL - 3 days on site a week Duration: 7+ Months Experienced Program Manager to support both technical and business process driven implementations to ensure successful, measurable outcomes. With oversight from the HR Governance and Strategic Execution group, project managers will lead large projects and programs with technical and business process requirements following the formal SDLC (software development life-cycle) framework required for risk mitigation and quality control, as well as all Enterprise Change Management requirements, as required. Project plans will include milestones for all stages of project lifecycle including (but, not limited to) collection of business requirements, build/configuration, testing, implementation and change management such as communication and training plans. Project Managers will be required to build, maintain, track and report on all aspects of a project plan including dependency with change management and communications, provide meaningful metrics for status, raise issues and actively manage risk. The project manager will accomplish the tasks through collaboration across end user, as necessary and may be responsible for leading a project team. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues Years of Experience: Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience Competencies/Skills: * Excellent oral and written communication skills are required * In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required * Highly flexible and adaptable to change Good to have: Specific knowledge of the Total Rewards i.e. benefits, compensation, rewards would all be preferred |
