Overview
Performs all functions of pharmaceutical care including medication and IV orders. Evaluates for appropriate drug, dose, allergies, interactions, and incompatibilities. Monitors levels of therapeutic drugs. Performs and supervises computer data entry related to patient profile. Monitors all medication dispensing for accuracy. Supervises filling of all prescriptions and provides appropriate patient counseling. Collects and analyzes data for process improvement projects. Performs in-service to community and support groups. Performs other duties as assigned. May be required to work alternate shifts. Performs other duties as assigned. Hours; 9:00pm - 7:30am Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises This position supervises technicians. This position is involved in the recruitment and orientation process and provides performance feedback and input for performance evaluation purposes. May implement coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed.
