Description

At Marks, creativity, culture, and technology collide to shape the future of some of the world's most ambitious brands. We're a global creative platform with 20 studios, speaking 17 languages, in 5 regions, all under one P&L. Our passion for culture drives our work and our purpose, and we're relentless about making a meaningful impact.

Most are obsessed with quick wins, but we're more interested in what makes people tick. It's the stuff that lives rent free in people's minds, the stories they share, the music they love, the changes they embrace. We dig deep into these cultural rhythms, because that's where the real magic happens.

We don't just create ideas - we hack relevance.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • Take on new opportunities, bringing insight, meaning, and clarity to the creative challenge
  • Learn to spot those tiny shifts in behavior that signal bigger changes coming
  • Be inclusive, build relationships across the organization and model healthy collaboration
  • Help develop pattern-recognition approaches that connect seemingly random dots to something more substantial
  • Understand how to shape brands' positioning, identity, and consumer experience through a cultural lens
  • Support initiatives that grow the team's capability and Marks' external presence

The Mindset We're Looking For

  • Stay hungry and humble. Culture is kinetic. If you think you've got it figured out, it's probably shifted again
  • Trust your gut but verify your hunches and check your biases
  • Keep one foot in the chaos. Embrace the fray, because that's where the real insights live
  • Think in integrated systems, not silos. Everything's connected, especially the stuff that doesn't seem connected
  • Understand that culture is a phenomenon that exists in the hearts and minds of everyday people.
