*Job Description:* * Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner while delivering excellent customer service. * Schedule customer appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information. * Handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift, assisting with questions on recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes. * Capture customer concerns and properly document calls to create cases. * Provide accurate information to customers, close cases, and/or dispatch to the appropriate department for further assistance. * Collaborate fluidly with the team for clear feedback and growth opportunities. * Handle high-volume inbound settlement calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. * Provide detailed claim information and support to customers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. * Demonstrate technical proficiency in using call center software and tools to manage customer interactions and data. * Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and claim resolution rates. * Utilize multiple screens, software, and processes to assist customers. *Requirements:* * Must be available Monday-Friday from 6am-5pm, with various schedules within this timeframe. *Top Skills:* * Customer service * Computer navigation * Multitasking * Critical thinking * De-escalation *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Good decision-making skills; must be able to work independently with little supervision. * Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. *Experience Level:* * Entry Level I look forward to connecting with you soon! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
