*TEKsystems is hiring a Hybrid Customer service repsentative for a leading digital e-commerce marketplace in Hampton, VA. *
*Start Date: *March 31st *Location: *Hybrid in Hampton, VA *Schedule: *Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm will work 1 weekend a month (Saturday or Sunday) onsite Tuesday and Wednesday & WFH Monday, Thursday and Friday We are hiring for one of the leading digital e-commerce marketplace platforms in the US. Recently,the company became the subsidiary of a Fortune 500 international company and we are looking to expand our services aggressively. To support our ambitious growth agenda, we are looking for creative and passionate problem solvers to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You will provide multi-channel support to our customers, answering questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise, as well as pro-actively working towards improving our services. Full training will be provided to the right candidates. Responsibilities: * Be the face of the company to our customers * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about our products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - 2 to 3 years of call center or customer service experience - experience with customer chats and emails - cares about the success of the company and interested in growth - good writing and phone skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
