Automation Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Architect with 10+ years of Automation experience who will be responsible for managing automation and Gen AI projects. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.

Required Qualifications:
* Architect with 10+ years of Automation experience
* Strong experience in Java/Python, Selenium.
* Experience in the General Insurance domain is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of test automation solutions
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
* Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
* Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Implement changes and endorsements in the system as per client requirements.
* Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Work Authorization:
