Role: Java Architect

Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of solid experience.

Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client's office in Auburn Hills - MI.

Must Qualifications

* Must have strong technical skills in React Spring Batch JavaScript Spring Boot Java and Spring Framework.

* Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus.

* Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.

* Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

* Must have a proactive and self-motivated demeanor.

Responsibilities

* Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using React, Spring Batch, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java and Spring Framework.

* Supervise the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring standard processes and high-quality code.

* Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business goals.

* Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications through thorough testing and code reviews.

* Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture design patterns and standard methodologies.

* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.

* Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

* Communicate effectively with partners to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process tools and methodologies.

* Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulations in all development activities.

* Drive innovation and contribute to the company's mission of delivering high-quality software solutions that make a positive impact on society.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
