- Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead the annual budget; including communication, project management, consolidation, analytics, CEO/CFO reviews and Board of Director presentations.
- Lead the monthly forecast process, including communication, project management, consolidation, analytics, CEO/CFO reviews, as well as preparing, analyzing and publishing the monthly financial reporting package
- Maintain concurrent and updated analytics for ongoing pacing of financial results, including risks and opportunities.
- Prepare financial presentations and supporting analytics for Board of Directors, Quarterly earnings, Executive Leadership Team updates, and other internal communications.
- Responsible for high quality, accurate, on time, insight driven financial and operations analysis and reporting, so that actions can be taken to continuously drive improvements and profitability growth.
- Prepare ad hoc analytics as required to support strategic decisions, mergers & acquisitions, and performance assessments.
- Responsible for forecasting annual Short Term Incentive compensation program for monthly forecasting and financial closing at each quarter and year-end.
- Effectively communicates with the Category leadership teams, including finance colleagues, as well as the CFO and CEO on current business trends, risks and opportunities impacting the business.
- Work effectively across functional and reporting lines in accomplishing responsibilities.
- Lead team of Sr. Analysts to perform the above responsibilities and direct financial support and partnership with the Integer corporate functions
- Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the function and organization.
- Manage direct reports: performance, development and training process to ensure a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
- Responsible for processing and communication of annual performance evaluations, bonus and merit planning for direct reports.
- Perform other functions as required.
Education & Experience: Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required.
Experience
- 10+ years of related experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills: Specialized Knowledge:
- Proficient knowledge and skill in ERP computer applications; Oracle & Hyperion preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including the development of complex modeling
- Excellent presentation and forecasting skills
- Ability to both analyze at a detailed level and share the output at an appropriate level for the audience.
- Detailed analysis experience including comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year utilizing the components of volume, price, mix, and productivity
- Ability to recognize trends and patterns in the business and strategically look at the business and make recommendations for solutions.
- Ability to work in a demanding user environment
Specialized Skills and Other:
- Database knowledge and strong communication and presentation skills, regularly presenting to management.
- Minimal travel depending on business needs.
