Role Summary:
Reporting to the Fleet & Facilities Manager, the Fleet & Facilities Coordinator is a key member of the Operations team. The person in this role will work with our Fleet & Facilities Manager and Operations department to assist with projects, fleet and equipment management, and equipment acquisition. The position will also work directly with Branch Managers to help establish best-practices and provide guidance on maintaining company assets.
Exciting work you will do:
- The essential duties and responsibilities of the Fleet & Facilities Coordinator will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide new construction project management and support
- Coordinate facility maintenance project management and support
- Evaluate and suggest best practices for warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Deliver logistics analysis and reporting
- Conduct audits of fleet utilization and maintenance
- Conduct analysis on time efficiencies
- Manage project based material and equipment procurement
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you'll need:
- Work Experience: 2 years previous experience maintaining and/or managing warehousing equipment, commercial/industrial facilities, or commercial/industrial fleet equipment
- Education: High School or equivalent
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suites
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment
- Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; collaborate with a team across multiple disciplines, with the ability to generate continuous improvement and new ways to solve internal/external challenges
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications we prefer but don't require:
- Work Experience: 5 experience operating warehousing equipment, commercial/industrial facilities, or commercial/industrial fleet equipment
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and workbooks
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
