Seneca Federal Health is seeking a Program Manager (Logistician) in Falls Church, VA to support a team of 6 providing property management and audit governance support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Property Management is a critical component within the DOD. This team will perform internal inventory, reconciliations and audit compliance framework to evaluate DHA property management program. This team will provide operational support of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).

This role will work out of the DHHQ Office in Falls Church, VA.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management.
  • Familiar with the Visio program
  • Experience with the General Equipment (GE) Life Cycle Management program
  • Knowledge of the Defense Medical Logistical Standard Support (DMLSS)
  • Ability to provide expert suggestions on property accountability.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting standards advisory board (FASAB) and DoD policy guidance relating to life cycle management and reporting of general plant property and equipment (GPP&E) assets.
  • Ability to provide analysis and document trends for process improvements.
  • Currently holding or willing to hold a Public Trust level clearance.
