The hiring range for this role is: 47,642.00 - 66,815.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This internship is located in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days in-office.
As an intern, you will report to the Chief of Staff and support the Executive Office of the COO, Business Operations team by contributing to the following: 2H 2025 Planning Support, Program Management, Key Culture Priorities, and Special/Ad Hoc Projects.
Primary Job Functions * Ensure complete confidentiality of company business. * Keep management informed about developments within areas of responsibility and handle special projects as needed. * Create a final PowerPoint presentation to share with department leadership, summarizing the internship experience, the assigned project, results, and any recommendations for future use. * Adhere to HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other relevant corporate and departmental policies.
Additional Job Functions specific to this role
* 2025 Planning Support: Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the second half of 2025. Support preparation for team engagement and stakeholder meetings and document action items and follow-ups. * Program Management: Monitor progress on key initiatives, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Create dashboards and reports summarizing program outcomes and updates for leadership. * Culture and Engagement: Support preparation and planning for leadership engagement and team engagement to assess progress relative to 2025 priorities for culture in Business Operations Perform research and make recommendations for approaches and forums to gather feedback and support culture priorities, using feedback on what's going well and what's not Coordinate logistics for team engagement, growth and development and team celebrations, standing up planning in a repeatable and scalable way that can sustain. * Planning and Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and communications to share updates with senior leadership. Education, Experience and Certification Required:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field Graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026 (preferred) A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 Availability to work ten weeks during the summer
