What We Live By...

The McWane Way is the core philosophy outlined by founder J.R. McWane more than one hundred years ago. Today it represents our Compass Culture and the principles of Safety, Teamwork, Excellence, Leadership, Environment, Communication, Accountability, and Trust. All team members at every level are expected to know and work by these principles and their associated values, and behaviors. Most importantly, team members live our principles, they are expected to answer the question, "What does this mean for me?" We consider this the anchoring question of the Compass Culture as we believe that behavior is the best evidence of a living principle. Join the McWane team on our journey to The McWane Way. We are strong together.
