The Store Delivery Fleet Operations Analyst position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store delivery vehicle fleet throughout North America. This entails working with the field and the lease management companies to keep the vehicles safety-compliant and road-worthy to support the operational and financial objectives of the business. The position is also responsible for the creation of key operational metric reporting.

Reporting to the Store Operations Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of store vehicle delivery fleet
  • Budget planning and approval for vehicle retirement and new vehicles.
  • Analyze late vehicle preventative maintenance and determine financial impact to the business.
  • Develop action plans to ensure spending is timely, warranted and within budget
  • Enter system updates with stores/Delivery Systems and Element/Wheels/Holman on vehicle moves
  • Provide field support for vehicle issues (i.e. missing insurance card, registration renewals, replacement of lost/expired fuel cards, new fuel PINs, etc)
  • Provide lytx management to coordinate database updates and support the field with camera removal and reinstallation
  • Create Weekly / Monthly reporting and perform analysis on markets / stores exhibiting poor results
  • Cross functional support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of store management experience preferred.
  • Experience with computers and Internet applications required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
