We're seeking an IP Sales Engineer to join our team in Denver, CO, specializing in the Cable MSO market. In this role, you'll be a key player in positioning Nokia's cutting-edge IP Routing and Switching solutions, working closely with account managers to overcome any technical hurdles and ensure customer success. You'll also be instrumental in post-sale support, collaborating with Customer Engineers to provide seamless onboarding and ongoing assistance. Sales & Technical Support:

  • Solution Positioning: Work with account managers to position Nokia IP Routing and Switching Hardware and Software solutions to customers.
  • Technical Obstacles Removal: Identify and address any technical barriers to the sale of Nokia products.
  • Post-Sale Support: Collaborate with Customer Engineers to ensure a smooth customer experience with Nokia products, including answering questions and providing lab support for testing and deployment.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Product Alignment: Work with product management and business development to ensure the right products are being offered to customers based on their needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to business development to ensure product evolution meets customer needs and network advancements.

Customer Engagement:

  • Regular Meetings: Meet with customers weekly to drive opportunities and solutions to completion.
  • At least 5 Years' experience with IP network planning, deploying, commissioning, managing and troubleshooting routers and data-networking equipment, and the issues surrounding the management and usability of such products.
  • Advanced knowledge of IP Networking, Routing and Switching including hands-on skills with Cisco, Juniper or Nokia Routers.
  • Experience initiating, developing and sustaining customer relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Discipline or equivalent experience

Competence Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal, presentation and writing skills.
  • Strong hands-on technical knowledge for lab evaluation and testing.
