Job Overview:
Join us as in the role of Sales Enablement Leader for our dynamic multi-brand/multi-channel Air Treatment Portfolio. Reporting directly to the Air Treatment Portfolio and Business Development Leader, you'll spearhead channel awareness and empower our sales teams with cutting-edge marketing strategies and essential tools. Your strategic vision and leadership will shape how we engage with customers, driving impactful business outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in sales, sales support, or product management, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Product Support: Provide product technical consultancy and supports and quotation and price management on project job basis to sales team by fully understanding the product applications, customer requirements and competitive product positioning. Connect with Engineering/factory contacts to provide technical clarifications and quotes to the sales team.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Collect customer needs, regulations and market trends to fully understand opportunities for improvements to current products and for new products. Work with Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Engineering and other cross functional team to manage product life cycle activities and ensure we deliver the right products to meet customer needs.
  • Product Launch and Commercialization: Lead the product launch of new, or product updates or line extensions and ensure that commercialization is success - all the volume, profitability and quality targets defined in the respective business cases are met or exceeded.
  • Channel Strategy: Coordinate with the Product Management and Channel Leader teams to develop and implement product management strategies and plan (including pricing strategy, annual price changes, price plan executions, demand generation strategy and plans) for the new products and for the country/markets.
  • Sales Trainings and Sales Tools Development: Develop annual product training plans by assessing the sales product knowledge gaps; develop sales tools & training documentations and materials (product, competitive streetfighters, process, etc.) and deliver the trainings to sales and sometimes to key distributors & channel partners when necessary
  • Business Development: Develop detailed business development plans for business strategic initiatives with key programs, in conjunction with relevant functions that ensures timely, high quality, flawless execution for key initiatives. Monitor progress during the year, ensuring cross functional involvement and alignment, with "course correction" actions recommended as needed.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years working experiences in Product management, Product support, Technical supports, Sales, Engineering
  • Ability to showcase a proven track record for developing and implementing product strategy and growth plans.

  • Channel Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, including managing partner networks, driving revenue growth, and achieving measurable results through collaboration.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Expertise in hydraulics, positive displacement blowers, and other rotating equipment, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Paragon products in customer terms.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to assess market opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and set specific, measurable goals to drive growth and profitability.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled at building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in providing technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and guiding customers through product selection, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills to foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Time and Task Management: Highly organized with strong time management skills, ensuring timely execution of tasks while balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Business Acumen: High level of business and financial acumen, enabling informed decision-making and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: Demonstrates intrinsic motivation, a disciplined work style, and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
  • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and CRM tools like Salesforce to document and manage sales opportunities.



Preferences:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Control, Industrial Automation, Process, HVAC, Business & Management
  • MBA
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Sound record in leading industrial companies
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing product strategy and growth plans.



Travel and Work Arrangements:
  • 15-30%+ overnight travel is common with this role.
  • Remote position with residence new Ocala, FL or West Chester, PA
