Scope of work

Supervises and oversees the daily activities of Respiratory Therapists, assistants and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality respiratory care. Coordinates and monitors Respiratory programs, policies and procedures and assumes the responsibility for ensuring that all programs are administered according to company standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent Respiratory or related field Required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Respiratory or related field Preferred.
  • Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 1+ year of related experience Required.
  • Three years of relevant experience Respiratory Care Required.
  • One year of relevant experience supervisory/charge Preferred.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
  • NBRC Respiratory Therapist Registry Required.
  • MI Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCPs) Required.
