Seasonal (Seasonal) JOB TITLE: Dishwasher DIVISION: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager LOCATION: Food and Beverage CLASSIFICATION: Full or Part Time/Seasonal/Hourly POSITION: The Dishwasher assists the FOH/BOH staff in all aspects of kitchen cleaning, organization and food preparation in the restaurant kitchen. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of experience working as a dishwasher or prep cook Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen Knowledge of kitchen equipment, dishwashing equipment, cleaning equipment and all cleaning detergents, etc. Ability to assist kitchen staff with cleaning and necessary food prep Ability to take orders and work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment Follow company policy and procedures as set forth in the handbook Food handler's certification JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively participate in all kitchen cleaning duties, including station tear down, dishwashing, equipment cleaning, sweeping, moping, etc. Assist Kitchen Manager with receiving orders - to ensure proper rotation and storage of cold and dry storage areas Follow company policy and procedures as set forth in the handbook Perks of Working Here: Work & Play in the Mountains: Embrace the stunning Wasatch Mountains.
