Loan Operations Intern

We are looking for a Loan Operations Mortgage Servicing Intern to join our Souderton based team in the summer of 2025. Please note, this will be full time and onsite in Souderton, PA.

Collaborate and consult with peers and managers to identify patterns, resolve issues, and achieve team goals.

Responsible for tracking, scanning, and verification of documents to the Synergy Imaging System

Coordinate storage and tracking of active loan files and removal of closed files from the loan vault

Provide documents from vault as requested

Shadow loan operations staff in daily processes including project work, payment processing, and account reconciliations

Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position including the Univest Code of Conduct

Perform additional duties as required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Advanced PC and word processing skills required to utilize varying proprietary Windows based software applications

Hours - Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm

Wage Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
