*Position Overview:*
*Role:* Call Center Customer Service Representative *Schedule:* Monday - Friday, with shifts between 5am-7pm *Pay:* $17.75/HR to $22.68/HR *Location:* Fully onsite in Tempe, AZ 85040 *Why Join Us?* We are seeking 25 dedicated and professional Customer Service Call Center Representatives to support a confidential government project. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service. * Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with established protocols. * Escalate complex cases or sensitive matters to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution. *What We're Looking For:* * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. * Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
