What you'll be doing...

As a member of the Account Based Marketing team, you will develop strategy and execute initiatives in support of accounts within the Global Enterprise Americas organization. You'll partner with Sales teams to uncover the key areas of support needed to make the greatest impact, and design approaches customized to the respective accounts.

Success means using insights to identify new contacts, create new opportunities, secure new meetings, develop new content, move opportunities through the funnel faster, and improve the win rate for the accounts in our ABM program. You will contribute to a marketing plan that delivers on overall Enterprise targets. Your approach is collaborative, passionate, customer-centric and data-driven.

What we're looking for...

  • Demonstrate accountability for delivering programs that meet agreed upon business targets.
  • Manage to assigned budgets to maximize impact on the business
  • Establish a strong rapport with the Sales teams and ABM peers
  • Manage external agency relationships and deliverables
  • Design activation programs for participating accounts and build/source assets to align with current market trends, mapped to customer/buyer journey, aligned with personas, to help sales identify and accelerate opportunities.
  • Leverage the full Verizon MarTech stack to deliver additional relevance and personalization
  • Ensure projects are aligned with established business priorities
  • Manage timelines and deliverables reliably, with active awareness of all in motion program details
  • Track results per initiative and account to the overall program targets, and relevant account or segment goals

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Enterprise B2B marketing experience
  • Account-Based Marketing experience
  • Strong presentation development skills to create content that is clear and concise
  • Ability to analyze results, identify reporting gaps and leverage data to inform decisions

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master's degree - better if you have an MBA
  • Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns
  • Analyzed what's important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities
  • Balanced multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level)

Where you'll be working

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $201,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
