* You'll make $22.68 *Pay: Spanish speakers * * You'll make: 23.68 *Shift: *Have to be open to working both shifts* * 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM *Job Description: * We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Call Center Representatives. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service. * Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with established protocols. * Escalate complex cases or sensitive matters to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution. * Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security guidelines at all times. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project-related policies, procedures, and systems. * Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve call center processes. *Required Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. * Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively. * Proficient in using call center software and basic office applications. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
