Summary of Position

As a member of the Sales Operations and Commercial Optimization Team, you will serve as a key strategic partner and Commercial Team representative responsible for driving the successful outcomes of critical initiatives across US Group Health.

You will have the unique opportunity to be part of an exciting team within a rapidly growing public company that is at the forefront of virtual medicine. In this highly valued role, you will be able to leverage your sales operations, finance, data analysis, project management and operational experience to identify and prioritize critical commercial initiatives, shape appropriate operational objectives and workflows, and coordinate execution of those objectives. Additionally, you will be comfortable with leading others, delegating assignments, and harnessing your organizational knowledge to help others accomplish objectives. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can combine program/project management skills with operational experience and strategic thinking to provide solutioning alternatives and drive results. Key Commercial initiatives span data modeling, executive reporting and communication, growth enablement, product sell-readiness and implementation, and refinement of critical commercial work processes across Teladoc teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate as an integral tactical decision-maker within the organization, facilitating development of annual goal setting and ownership of key commercial projects
  • Example initiatives include: Managing E2E Client Performance Guarantee program, supporting CRM Optimization, Commercial Product Sell-readiness, identifying and implementing commercial efficiencies, rigorous data analytics and insights, management reporting, growth enablement and process workflow enhancements
  • Drive the prioritization, coordination, decision-making, and completion of key commercial initiatives, including identifying milestones and deliverables in consultation with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports
  • Identify and source key data elements to contribute to strategic decision-making to optimize deployment of new processes
  • Develop, operationalize, and refine sell-ready strategy for products, and provide ongoing strategic commercial support
  • Champion continuous improvement using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness
  • Ability to drive change and create team alignment. See the connection points across initiatives and
    calculate the impact to adoption
  • Core competencies required for success in this role include leadership, problem solving, project management, communication, organization, flexibility, attention to detail and process improvement

Required Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; willingness to exhibit accountability for outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships within an organization
  • Aptitude for effective people management of junior analysts
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration. MBA or other advanced degree desirable, but not required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial operations, corporate finance and strategy, and/or management consulting

  • Strong team player skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a diverse workforce
  • Ability to demonstrate poise and professionalism in front of senior leaders
  • Highly organized and process-oriented; strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter; knows how and when to escalate
  • Experience successfully developing and executing strategies that leverage Salesforce's CRM and related tools to meet business objectives, drive sales, and enhance customer relationships.

The base salary range for this position is$120,000 - $130,00000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
