Pay: $18.00/hr - $19.50/hr

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements: A High School Graduate or equivalent (General Educational Development) is required, along with three years of related work experience in account or system reconciliation and/or accounts payable or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Proficiency in ten-key data entry by touch and computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential, as are strong data and records management skills.

Job Duties:



  • Review and respond to billing and receivables
  • Research and process accounting transactions related to internal or external customer requests
  • Process accounting transactions on financial subsidiary systems and the general ledger
  • Provide information and prepare to adjust entries as needed
  • Communicate discrepancies to policy owners, administrators, field force, and internal contacts
  • Handle daily processing of incoming wire transfers
  • Provide backup to other areas as necessary on wire payments
