CNC Operator

Pay: $20 - $25+/hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 30 days)

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for performing machining operations on a variety of parts, involving multiple machining or cutting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Select and install tooling based on specifications and operational requirements.
• Set up and prepare machines for operation using blueprints, process plans, program sheets, and fixture location diagrams.
• Operate standard machine tools including drill presses, hand tools, and other power tools.
• Load and unload parts into the machine.
• Run jobs and obtain first-piece approval.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or certification from a technical school, or 3 years of CNC lathe/mill experience.
• Knowledge of G&M code; HAAS or DOOSAN experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and convert between metric and English units.
• GD&T knowledge a plus.
• Compliance with safety procedures and ability to perform additional tasks.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Must work in a manufacturing environment with PPE, exposure to machinery, cranes, and forklift traffic.
