1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7 AM - 3 PM

Pay depends on experience.

As a Traffic Coordinator, you will manage all traffic functions within the distribution facility, ensuring carriers receive the proper paperwork, customer invoices are accurate, and inventory is properly disbursed. You'll handle shipping documentation, analyze packing slips, and create waybills for exports. You'll collaborate with Carrier Operations to schedule shipments, resolve issues, and manage both export and domestic shipments. You'll also maintain records for deliveries and audits, assist with freight claims, and support Customer Support with transportation inquiries.

Required Qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Logistics/Transportation
  • Knowledge of Distribution/Shipping operations and Export Shipping
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and customer/carrier websites
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams
