Job Summary: We're looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and drive innovative solutions that support our evolving organization. In this role, you will:
- Partner with various teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Act as a vital liaison between business and technology, documenting functional requirements for applications like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Creatio (CRM), and SSRS/Power BI

Help shape the future of our business solutions and make a real impact. This role is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based in our Executive Offices in Holyoke MA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Metrics: Develop and maintain strategic plan metrics, including creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with business leads on divisional roadmaps.
- Automate and Update Data: Work with Business Units, Finance, and DMA to automate and update data for Strategic Plan KPIs.
- Bridge Business and Tech: Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to develop functional requirements for business applications like reports, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Creatio (CRM).
- Design Visual Reports: Design visual reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand data trends and team performance.
- Improve Processes: Assist the Continuous Process Improvement and Strategy Team by gathering data, analyzing processes, and developing solutions to meet goals.
- Document and Communicate: Author and update documentation, including business requirements, procedures, and presentations.
- Implement and Test Solutions: Oversee the implementation and testing of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage Requests: Handle open tickets for Teams, SharePoint, CRM, and SSRS/Power BI report requests.
- Compliance: Complete yearly compliance training and adhere to bank, federal, and state regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience within a professional, corporate environment.
- Strong skills in data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting are essential for this role.
Skills Required:

- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness and interest in learning new functions.
- Process Modeling: Experience with techniques like flowcharts and diagrams to visualize and improve processes.
- Banking Operations Knowledge: Understanding of banking processes and transactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development methodologies, database management, and tools like ERP or CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Strong relationship management skills.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Problem Solving: Self-reliant, motivated, and adept at solving problems.
- Process Improvement: Comfortable questioning processes and offering ideas for improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and processes.
Computer/Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, SSRS/Power BI
- Strong understanding of core systems and banking processes
- Familiarity with ERM/CRM tools; experience with Creatio is a plus
