Job Description:

Overview:
The Resource Management Senior Associate (RM) is a highly organized and dynamic person that will interact with executives and staff at all levels. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the allocation and utilization of resources, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately, and that resource scheduling aligns with our strategic objectives. The Resource Management Senior Associate will report to a Business Operations Assistant Director (OM) and assist them in project planning, staff management, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the scheduling function within the Audit & Assurance business unit which includes maintenance of an up-to-date schedule, staff allocation, conflict resolution, alignment of staff career goals, and reporting.

  • Prepare reports and provide high level insights for capacity management standard and ad hoc reporting.

  • Maximizethe utilization of our people based on their skills and career development goals while meeting the needs of our clients and our business objectives.

  • Partner with Career Coaches to understand our staff and provide growth opportunities, balance to the schedule, and understand travel commitments.

  • Support integration of new hires and assist with internship program and offer process.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Business Advisory team regarding HR related issues, initiatives, and activities.

  • Understand the gaps in leverage for assigned markets and provide input on workforce planning to OM.

  • Provide input on the appropriate learning assignments for requirement training and understand status of required licensing.

  • This is a primarily remote role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in resource coordination or project management, preferably in a professional services environment.

Exceptional candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

  • Proficient in resource management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability with customer relationship building and providing on-going exceptional customer service across an organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Results and profit-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations; capacity for rendering objective business decisions.

  • Experience in process improvement and strategic planning.

  • Strong leadership skills with the confidence to work independently, as well as being a "team player" and flexible.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,300.00 - $128,200.00 per year.
