Relief Pharmacy Tech Amarillo 40485BR Position Description A job involving an appointment for infrequent temporary work where the employee is called in as needed. Major/Essential Functions Receives, interprets, enters into computer, and prepares prescription orders for checking by the pharmacists. Supports pharmacy quality assurance program. Triage department information inquiries (answering telephones). Maintains confidential records and files. Performs other duties of a certified technician. Required Qualifications A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; must be registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
