Description

EUA is searching for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented person to join one of our offices. This person is primarily responsible for financial, administrative, and project support duties for multiple Project Managers within one or more market-based Studios. Strong knowledge of work being done by those Project Managers, and status of projects, will be required. Emphasis is on project processes and financial related project activities centering on contracts, billing, and collections. This person will report to the Project Management Practice Leader and will also work closely with the CFO, Risk Management Director and Studio Director(s). This person will work in conjunction with Project Managers and maintain a strong interface with the accounting department. This position will need to gain an understanding of project accounting, including the impacts of project transactions on the firm's financials.

The Fundamentals:



  • Maintain excellent communication with Project Managers and the Accounting department
  • Maintain a working knowledge of projects budgets and financials
  • Produce, review, and understand client and consultant contracts, proposals and agreement letters based off approved templates
  • Track and process client and consultant agreement modifications in budgets
  • Ensure project files related to contracts, agreements and modifications are organized and maintained
  • Analize and assist Project Managers with Deltek Vision reporting
  • Schedule, conduct and contribute to monthly project review meetings with Project Managers and Studio Directors
  • Generate and submit monthly client invoices
  • Review, process and track monthly consultant invoices
  • Oversee and manage collections of accounts receivables
  • Assist Project Managers with project setup. Set up and update billing terms and budgets per agreement
  • Complete various project related month end tasks
  • Review Studio timesheets weekly
  • Review Studio expense reports and credit cards monthly
  • Provide weekly schedule reports and other reporting as needed by Studio Director
  • Onboard new employees for basic Deltek Vision tasks
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Some day-to-day office operations and general administrator task
  • Other tasks assigned


The Fine Print:



  • Associates degree or beyond in accounting or finance
  • Several years of relatable accounting or project management experience preferred
  • Several years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or another Architect/Engineer specific software platform a plus
  • Annual base compensation for this role is $64,000 - $67,000 based on skills and experience
