Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Developer - UKG Workforce Management.

In this role, the Senior Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, as well as integrating UKG Pro with other systems using Boomi. Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure functionality and performance of the cloud application, along with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UKG Pro and Boomi integrations. Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting application errors. Additionally, they will assist in assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality, and participate in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain UKG WFC WIM interfaces
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG WFC integrations
  • Provide support to end users of the UKG WFC system by diagnosing, resolving and documenting application errors.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions
  • Integrate UKG Pro with other systems using Boomi
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure the functionality and performance of the cloud application
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG Pro and Boomi integrations
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in UKG Pro and Boomi technologies
  • Provide support to end users of the UKG Pro WFM system by diagnosing, resolving and documenting application errors
  • Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancement and new functionality. Assists in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases

Minimum Qualifications:

  • To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
  • 3-5 experience as a Developer with UKG WFC WIM
  • 3-5 experience as a Developer with UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Certification in Boomi and UKG Pro.
  • Proficiency in Boomi AtomSphere, including building and managing integrations
  • Strong knowledge of UKG WFC and UKG Pro workforce functionality
  • Experience with cloud application functionality and architecture
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to UKG Pro and Boomi
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and protocols (REST).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with other HRIS systems and integrations.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $97,589.96 - $162,649.75 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
