About the team

Our Finance team uses their eye for detail and expertise to take us to the next level. As we move at pace, they keep us on track for reaching our shared goals.

What you'll own

• Prepares global intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing, intercompany loans, intercompany funding, intercompany foreign exchange, and other non-product intercompany charges.

• Support transfer pricing arrangements, intercompany loan agreements, and treasury agreements.

• Assist with intercompany invoicing and settlement process in compliance with accounting policies.

• Monitor intercompany balances and help identify resolutions when out of balance.

• Coordination with other business partners to properly settle aged intercompany AR/AP balances.

• Assists business partners by providing information required to file tax returns, 10Q/10K schedules, and any other required information pertaining to our entities.

• Uses financial data to prepare and record general ledger journal entries.

• Prepares cash and balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Analyzes the financial statements and provides concise explanations for variances.

• Document and test Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

• Knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, practices, and procedures

• Knowledge of accounting procedures involving multiple currencies

• Knowledge of banking functions

• Skill in analytical and statistical examination for complex problem solving

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to create spreadsheets and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Ability to prepare financial reports

• Ability to understand financial information

• Ability to work with entry-level and middle managers in analyzing financial situations

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work in an organized manner and consistently follow-up on tasks

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and public
