Genesis10 is currently seeking an AWS Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure Implement and enforce IaC best practices, including version control, code reviews, and automated testing Create and manage infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts and regions Deploy and manage AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others Monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness Implement and maintain security best practices within the AWS environment Perform troubleshooting, triage, and debugging of infrastructure and application issues Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to identify root causes and implement solutions Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex issues Integrate Terraform into CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployments Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine infrastructure tasks Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems Design, deploy, and manage our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles Requirements: A deep understanding of AWS services, Terraform best practices, and possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
