Could you be the full-time onsite PI Customer Site Manager in Boston, MA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Project & Bid Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You'll coordinate and manage customer site teams & activities during the warranty phase, ensuring a significant impact on project success and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as TSSSA operations, Commissioning, Validation, and Supply Chain), enforce EHS and security rules, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Deploying, managing, and enforcing the application of Alstom & customer EHS and security rules, APSYS, and relevant PI processes on customer site,



  • Managing the PI Customer Site team, ensuring availability of necessary/qualified competencies of the team, planning/coordinating, and providing administrative support for the employees,



  • Ensuring contribution to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience (REX) through proper input of Defect/Failure management system, coordinating and collaborating with PI interface teams, regular reporting,



  • Ensuring fleet availability according to contractual commitments by working with the TSSSA operations team,



  • Executing the PI scope of activities at the customer site including Commissioning and Validation support (if required),



  • Ensuring the update of the as-maintained configuration of the product in the field until the end of warranty,



  • Providing REX of the Warranty period to the organization through the PI "frame",



  • Managing the relationship with customer depot management and maintainer,



  • Coordinating fleet check activities,



  • Identifying/Supporting Project management & Services for Upsell opportunities versus customer needs

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant experience,



  • Experience or understanding of project execution in technical, industrial, procurement, or supply chain contexts,



  • Knowledge of general railway and product knowledge,



  • Familiarity with field experience, specifically mechanical or electrical/electronics,



  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written for technical documentation,



  • Proven ability in team management and leadership,



  • Capability to ensure adherence to EHS rules and railway safety standards,



  • Strong track record of customer interaction and relationship management,



  • Demonstrated self-governance and the ability to work autonomously,



  • Aptitude for identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to claims and negotiations
