Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP BRF who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF - Business Rules Framework SAP WebDynpro for Java WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Education and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Travel is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of ABAP OOPS and ABAP Web Services.
• Provide expertise in BRF
• Business Rules Framework to enhance business processes.
• Develop and support SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP applications.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Core ABAP developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other systems.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and associated technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for SAP projects.
• Implement best practices and standards for SAP ABAP development.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical insights.
• Support the education domain by developing customized SAP solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS and Abap Web Services.
• Demonstrate expertise in BRF
• Business Rules Framework and SAP WebDynpro for Java.
• Have proficiency in WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP.
• Show domain experience in the Education sector.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have the ability to work in a hybrid model and day shifts.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
