Job Description
As the Director of Loyalty Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of Publicis Sapient's customer retention efforts. You will lead a team to create and launch marketing strategies designed to retain existing logos, driving pipeline and bookings growth. In this role, you will define the goals and outcomes for your team, while also setting the vision and strategy for how to achieve those goals. You will also create the team structure, processes, culture and habits that will allow the team to deliver pipeline, bookings and retention results for the business. This role rolls into the Revenue Marketing team, which houses demand, analytics, lead management, solutions/product, events, and partner marketing. The ideal person is in New York, Chicago, Boston, or Miami. This is a hybrid position. Your Impact
