Job Description

As the Director of Loyalty Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of Publicis Sapient's customer retention efforts. You will lead a team to create and launch marketing strategies designed to retain existing logos, driving pipeline and bookings growth. In this role, you will define the goals and outcomes for your team, while also setting the vision and strategy for how to achieve those goals. You will also create the team structure, processes, culture and habits that will allow the team to deliver pipeline, bookings and retention results for the business. This role rolls into the Revenue Marketing team, which houses demand, analytics, lead management, solutions/product, events, and partner marketing.

The ideal person is in New York, Chicago, Boston, or Miami. This is a hybrid position.

Your Impact

  • Build programs and campaigns that tell our best stories over multi-touch integrated digital and event experiences. You must be comfortable building digital experiences that successfully generate impressions, traffic, and engagement and nurture existing accounts & top customers.
  • Build innovative loyalty campaigns that drive retention and engagement, embracing bold, unconventional ideas that push creative boundaries and redefine customer connections.
  • As you build any experience, you must be skilled in driving customer segmentation and utilizing analytic platforms and tools to make data-driven decisions that optimize performance.
  • Set a vision and build that vision, acquiring talent and shaping behaviors and culture through coaching and mentorship.
  • Manage up, down and across the organization, building relationships with other marketing functions and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collaboration needed to succeed.
  • Be a data-driven, outcomes-focused coach, communicator, facilitator and agent of change who can drive outcomes for the marketing team.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on loyalty/performance marketing. Proven success in the B2B space.
  • Experience leading a team at a large global organization
  • Expertise in building and launching integrated global marketing campaigns. Ability to translate audience and data insights into meaningful strategies that drive lead conversion and company revenue, preferably at a Fortune 100 company.
  • Experience building, leading, and retaining a team of campaign managers. Strong emotional intelligence and comfortable with change management.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and fosters highly productive local and global relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the digital channel ecosystem; experience with managing and analyzing customer databases to optimize segmentation and personalization marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - ability to adjust strategies based on performance results.
  • Thrives in a high-energy environment and works effectively in uncharted waters. Ability to drive team results, take accountability and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and media agencies.
Additional Information

Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
