Job Title Origination and Execution Banker Corporate Title Associate Location New York, NY Overview You will be a member of Deutsche Bank's Consumer / Transportation team that is part of the broader Asset Backed Securities (ABS) Primary franchise.The role focuses on supporting the origination, structuring, syndication and execution of ABS new issue and asset finance transactions including auto, consumer, equipment, student loans and credit card asset classes.Under the mentorship, and in collaboration with, senior team members, you will assist in all aspects of deal execution, from initial pitch stage through to closing settlement and execution. Including establishing warehouses, portfolio analysis, cash flow modeling, capital structure tranching and optimization, preparing marketing material, responding to investor diligence requests, obtaining the target tranche ratings, negotiating legal documentation, and facilitating settlement and execution.In such role, you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, requiring strong communication skills, both written and oral. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
