As a Director of Sales with RBC Clear, you will help grow a new business within an established top tier financial institution by cultivating new cash management relationships across our Capital Markets clients - focused on the Healthcare segment.You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute an industry focused sales strategywhiledeveloping partnerships with Client Relationship Mangers, Investment Bankers, Account Management, Product and Operations teams.This role will have a strong focus on developing cash management relationships across the Healthcare industry. An in-depth understanding of the treasury and cash management needs of companies in this market segment is critical. What will you do?

The expected salary range for this particular position is $225,000-$250,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
